Yeiko André

Hey there! If you're here, it's because I want you to know a little more about my professional profile.
Consider this site as a sneak peek into who I am and what I do.

What You Will Find

This site offers an overview of who I am professionally, my core capabilities, the tools I use, and my approach to work.

Profile

I have worked with data, business, and operations to understand what’s really going on and find ways to improve. I have experience with processes and methodologies that help organize the way we analyze information. I use different software as tools to support decisions, but I know the real value comes from being curious, creative, and focused. For me, it’s about combining numbers, KPIs, and practical experience to make data useful and help teams move forward.

Core Capabilities

Data Leverage

Expertise in data analysis, analytics, and data science to unlock the full potential of data within organizations.

Business Knowledge

A strong understanding of business operations, key processes, and the importance of organizational insight.

Collaboration

Ready to support managers and departments by offering fresh perspectives and driving continuous improvement.

What Really Matters.

What truly matters isn't the amount of information or what's visible, but how you look through it and what you do with that insight.

Dashboards — Is more always better?

Do we really need dashboards with 7, 10, or even 15 sections of information? Do they need to be filled with data just for the sake of it, using every matching color we can find? Not really. What we need is focus. Dashboards should highlight what’s essential, not overwhelm. In some cases, we may need complexity — but in most, clarity leads to action.

Reports — Are we trying to answer everything at once?

Stacking multiple reports into one might seem efficient, but it often leads to confusion.

A better approach? Focus on one key area, understand the insights behind it, and define the path forward.

Less noise, more insight, smarter decisions.

Let's see some of my Dashboards
Not too fancy but they delivered the message

And...
What about the reports

Finance & Statistics

Finance is more than just numbers on a report—it’s a tool for making better decisions. It’s not about memorizing formulas but developing the ability to analyze situations, understand risks, and identify opportunities.

Statistics is not just about memorizing formulas—it’s about interpreting data to make informed decisions. Whether in business, science, or any decision-making field, statistics helps identify trends, assess risks, and drive better choices

Methodologies

Although we are familiar with routine processes and handling unexpected tasks, it’s essential to understand and apply different work methodologies. Using or combining them can be key to improving results and optimizing project execution.

Here’s what I like about each of these methodologies:

Balanced Scorecard

Focuses on four key perspectives:

·         Finance

·         Customers

·         Internal Processes

·         Learning & Growth

Its goal is to measure and improve organizational performance by concentrating on these strategic areas.

Scrum

While widely used in software development, its approach is centered on delivering results in short cycles, fostering continuous improvement and adaptability.

4DX

The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX)

  • Emphasizes the imortance of focusing on what truly matters.

  • Action on lead measures.

  • Tracking results with a scoreboard.

  • Maintaining a strong accountability system.

Knowledge

We all have a wealth of information, but the key is knowing how to use it effectively. Integrating it into our decisions and processes is what drives results.

Work Ethic

Work ethic is essential not just on a professional level, but also personally. A positive work culture, supported by strong values and a proactive attitude, can elevate anyone's performance, increasing their impact and contribution to the team.
